RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Products sold are not returnable or exchangeable. We will only accept returns for damage goods due to manufacturing defects. We will not be liable for missing parts as we practise proper procedures on inspecting all our goods prior to shipping to ensure all parts present. We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product. All returns or refunds must be accompanied with the original packing invoice.
Our company reserve the rights to reject any claims for returns or refunds if found unlawful or due to customers’ own negligence. If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a full shipping fee for the product to be shipped again. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, our company shall not be held responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.
Our company reserved all rights and should any argument arise with regards to purchases made are subject to our company’s internal decision.
